The collection

A collection rooted in real places

The Tales of Zoufftgen form a collection of children's books, written and illustrated by Hélène Hardy. Each story takes root in a real place of the village, between memory and imagination.

A carefully crafted edition

The books in the collection are designed with particular care:

  • hardcover
  • thick, matte-finish interior paper
  • delicate finishes (selective varnish, gilding)

Each book is conceived as an object in its own right, meant to be kept, given, and passed on.
